Zesty Seven Layer Dip

Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cans re-fried beans
  • Gram’s Guacamole (Recipe here)
  • 2 pints sour cream
  • 1 25.5 oz bottle of your favorite Cush’s Homegrown Salsa (we like the Red Zone for this)
  • 2 cups fine shredded cheese (get Mexican Cheddar for even more kick!)
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

Directions

  1. Gently layer re-fried beans,  sour cream, shredded cheese and Gram’s Guacamole
  2. Add a generous portion of your favorite Cush’s Homegrown Salsa
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced black olives and jalepeños
  4. Eat entire dish
  5. Make another for the guests

  1. Delicious and flavorful flliing, but a bit too spicy and I only used 1/2 tsp of the cayenne. A big hit with the family, including my 5 year old, but next time will only use about 1/4 tsp of cayenne. Will definitely be on our Mexican rotation!
