Chicken and Pasta Salad


Servings: 6

Time: 20 minutes


  • 1 pound chicken, cooked, cooled and diced
  • 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 pound cheddar, Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese, diced
  • 1 25.5 oz-ounce bottle (or 2 small bottles) of Cush’s Homegrown salsa


1. Grill chicken then let cool
2. Cook pasta then let cool
3. Dice chicken and mix all ingredients to large bowl and put in refrigerator to cool

  1. I purchased your red zone salsa at the high hopes fundraiser, I just opened it and have to say its one of the best salsas my husband and I have eaten. We live in gales ferry, is there anywhere near here to purchase it? I usually shop at montville stop and shop.
