Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack tortillas
  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 2 cans red kidney beans
  • 1 25.5oz jar (or two small jars) of Cush’s Homegrown Salsa (we prefer Hot or Red Zone for this recipe)
  • 4 t of chili powder
  • 2 t cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Crumble meat and cook in large skillet until browned! (3-5 minutes)
  3. Add kidney beans (un-drained), Cush’s Homegrown Salsa, chili powder and cumin (10-20 seconds)
  4. Raise that heat and simmer! (15-20 minutes)
  5. Place tortillas over upside-down muffin tin and bake in oven (3-5 minutes)

EAT!!

HELPFUL HINT: Refrigerate for later to let the flavors soak in even more. Mmm
