Cush’s Hot Bites

You’ll Need This:

Tostitos Scoops

Jalapeños

Cush’s Homegrown Salsa (Mild,Medium or Hot)

Shredded cheese

Sour cream

Black olive slices

Now Do This:

Lay out scoops on cookie sheet place a slice of jalapeño in bottom fill with cheese put tray in 350 degree oven till chess is melted

remove and add Salsa dollop of sour cream and a slice of olive prepare to repeat !

***If you want mild heat skip jalapeño and use Mild salsa, Medium heat slice jalapeño lengthwise remove seeds and ribs then use Medium salsa,For Hot use full slice of jalapeño and use Hot salsa!***

Zesty Seven Layer Dip

Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cans re-fried beans
  • Gram’s Guacamole (Recipe here)
  • 2 pints sour cream
  • 1 25.5 oz bottle of your favorite Cush’s Homegrown Salsa (we like the Red Zone for this)
  • 2 cups fine shredded cheese (get Mexican Cheddar for even more kick!)
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

Directions

  1. Gently layer re-fried beans,  sour cream, shredded cheese and Gram’s Guacamole
  2. Add a generous portion of your favorite Cush’s Homegrown Salsa
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced black olives and jalepeños
  4. Eat entire dish
  5. Make another for the guests
