New Orleans Style Fajitas

Servings: 20 | Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
2 cans re-fried beans
Gram’s Guacamole (Recipe here)
2 pints sour cream
1 25.5 oz bottle of your favorite Cush’s Homegrown Salsa (we like the Red Zone for this)
2 cups fine shredded cheese (get Mexican Cheddar for even more kick!)
1 can sliced black olives
2 cups shredded lettuce
Directions

  1. Gently layer re-fried beans, sour cream, shredded cheese and Gram’s Guacamole
  2. Add a generous portion of your favorite Cush’s Homegrown Salsa
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced black olives and jalepeños
