Chicken and Pasta Salad
CHICKEN AND PASTA SALAD

Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, cooked, cooled and diced
- 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 pound cheddar, Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese, diced
- 1 25.5 oz-ounce bottle (or 2 small bottles) of Cush’s Homegrown salsa
Directions
1. Grill chicken then let cool
2. Cook pasta then let cool
3. Dice chicken and mix all ingredients to large bowl and put in refrigerator to cool
