Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 pack tortillas
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- 1 25.5oz jar (or two small jars) of Cush’s Homegrown Salsa (we prefer Hot or Red Zone for this recipe)
- 4 t of chili powder
- 2 t cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Crumble meat and cook in large skillet until browned! (3-5 minutes)
- Add kidney beans (un-drained), Cush’s Homegrown Salsa, chili powder and cumin (10-20 seconds)
- Raise that heat and simmer! (15-20 minutes)
- Place tortillas over upside-down muffin tin and bake in oven (3-5 minutes)
EAT!!
HELPFUL HINT: Refrigerate for later to let the flavors soak in even more. Mmm
